Daytona Race Tickets:

Race tickets for the Sprint Cup & Nationwide Series are in the
Sprint Tower in the tri-oval across from the pits.
These are the best and most expensive seats at the track. In
these excellent seats with plentiful leg room you will have a
wonderful view of pit road and the entire track! (Thumbnail ).
Hotel:

The El Caribe-Daytona Beach is a newly renovated property
located directly on the beach. Daytona International Speedway is
5 miles from the Holiday Inn. The hotel features an outdoor
pool, laundry room and more. Many delicious restaurants are

*Hospitality:
Saturday-Fans will enjoy the Green Flag Club
hospitality tent which includes an all-you-can-eat lunch buffet,
unlimited sodas & water, four drink tickets for beer (over 21
with valid ID, cash bar will be available for wine & mixed
drinks), NASCAR celebrity appearance for Question and
Answer session, Souvenir Event Program and Souvenir gift,
entertainment, games, door prizes and Pre-Race Pit Road
Access.
Friday-Fans will enjoy the Party Zone Club
hospitality tent which includes appetizers and an
all-you-can-eat lunch buffet, unlimited sodas and water, four
drink tickets for beer (over 21), Driver Autograph Session
by select Nationwide Series drivers, Souvenir Gift,
entertainment, games and door prizes.

tent and can not be held liable for the content or services
rendered.)
Sprint Fanzone:
A Pre-Race Pass allows fans to walk across the track surface,
over the grassy Tri-Oval area and onto Pit Road during pre-race
activities. Garage access is not included but you can look into
the garage area and even see teams setting up their pit stalls
and staging cars prior to the race. (We
can not be responsible if for any reason you are not able to
take a pit road tour.)
Itinerary:
Thursday: You will arrive at our host hotel, the El
Caribe on Daytona Beach. The Daytona Prototypes and GT Series
will race in the Brumos' Porsche 250 race today. Bus transfers
are not provided and race tickets are optional.
Friday: We will depart by deluxe motorcoach in the
afternoon for the Nationwide Series race and Sprint Cup final
practice. We'll bring you back to the hotel stress-free after
the race.
Saturday: The anticipation heightens as our deluxe
motorcoach departs for Daytona International Speedway for the
night time running of the Pepsi 400. After an electrifying day
of racing, sit back and relax while we take you back to the
hotel.
This tour will be manned by an associate tour operator.

ADMISSION
POLICIES (

IMPORTANT GATE POLICIES:
In an effort to provide a safe environment for our guests, while ensuring
everyone’s timely entry to view the event, the following policies shall be
in effect. Fans may enter Daytona International Speedway with one each of
the bags described below:
One soft side bag or cooler, no larger than 6 x 6 x 12
inches
• Examples include: a soft side insulated cooler, scanner bag, fanny pack,
purse, diaper bag, binocular bag, etc. as long as it fits the size
guidelines
• This one bag may be carried in any manner, i.e. by handle, with shoulder
straps, on a belt
• A soft side insulated cooler may contain ice
One clear plastic bag, no
larger than 18 x 18 x 4 inches
• To accommodate samples received and purchases made after fans have parked
their cars
• This one bag may be carried in any manner, i.e. by handle, with shoulder
straps, on a belt.
• Clear plastic bags may not contain ice
Other items permitted include:
• Binoculars,
scanners, headsets, cameras, not in a bag, worn separately over the neck or
on the belt and seat cushions carried separately are also allowed
• Flags are acceptable for admissions, provided they are not attached to
poles and that they do not obstruct other fans viewing of racing activities.
No flag poles of any type will be allowed. Small nationality flags attached
to a pencil sized diameter wooden stick, will be allowed. All items brought
through a grandstand gate will be inspected.
The following may not enter the admission gates or be left in or around the
gate area:
• Firearms, fireworks and items restricted by Local, State and Federal laws
• Hard sided coolers, thermos and insulated cups of any size
• No strollers, glass containers, umbrellas, scooters, skateboards, or pets
(trained assistance for disabled are welcome)
• Any bags, backpacks, suitcases or containers larger than the allowable
size
• Items left in or around the admission gates will be removed and discarded
